Villas 53, 55, 59, 63, 65, 67, 69 and 71 are 155m2 with conservatory and the living room and kitchen are 30m2 larger than the other villas.

 

The luxury villa at the Buitenhof is surrounded by meadows. The villa is on the edge of the heath and is in the vicinity of the forest. A lovely spot on Texel where you can hear the birds sing, see the hares and rabbits run across the field and watch the horses play in the meadow.

 

Warm up by the fireplace

Come enjoy this luxurious holiday villa on Texel. The ground floor of this villa is 100m2. You enter the hall of the house where you will find a small bathroom. The living room is attractively furnished with a cosy fireplace (gas), flat screen TV with digital cable, radio, DVD / CD player and a conservatory of no less than 30m2 where you can enjoy the beautiful view. You won’t have to worry about cold feet. The villa includes tiled floors with underfloor heating on the entire ground floor.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, citrus press, hand mixer and kettle. You can choose to cook yourself in this well-equipped kitchen or eat out in the several cosy restaurants in the village of De Koog.

 

After a busy day on the beautiful island of Texel you will find peace in the bedroom on the ground floor. The bedroom is equipped with 2 single boxspring beds, flat screen TV and a safe to store your valuable items. The adjoining bathroom has a luxurious feel and includes a whirlpool, separate shower, full bathroom furniture and hair dryer.

 

The utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum is accessible from outside.

 

Relax in the Finnish Sauna

On the upper floor of the 6-guest villa you can really enjoy the luxury. In the Finnish 2-person sauna you will be completely rested after a busy day on the beautiful island. Use the solarium to update your tan.

 

The two spacious bedrooms upstairs are furnished with 2 single boxspring beds, PVC flooring and flat screen TV. The beds are provided with bed linen; however, renting the linen is required. One of the two bedrooms has a balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise and the beautiful Texel landscape when you wake up. In the children's room, there is a child’s bed, but please bring your own linen for this bed.

 

The luxurious upstairs bathroom is equipped with a double steam cabin/shower, 2nd toilet, bathroom furniture and hair dryer. A lovely place to refresh and unwind after a busy day.

 

The Buitenhof has so much to offer

At the Buitenhof villapark, you can unwind in one of the 6-guest villas in the middle of the Texel landscape. The villas are 155m2 and include two terraces, one of which is south facing to soak in the sun. The terraces feature garden furniture and umbrella. All villas have the same stylish décor and are equipped with central heating, floor heating on the ground floor and a private Wi-Fi fiber connection (40/10 Mbps), which is free to use.

 

For the little ones, the Buitenhof is an excellent choice. The villas all have a high chair, child’s bed and a gate for the stairwell. The park also has a small playground and a trampoline. The Calluna swimming paradise is just 500 meters – a wonderful addition for the children.

 

Parking by the door is no problem at the villas, which include spaces for two cars. If you come with more than two cars then you can park them in the central car park.

 

Villas 59, 69 and 71 are pet-free villas.
