Wezenspyk Texel

On the cheese farm Wezenspyk, real Texel farmer’s and sheep’s cheese is made. This cheese, prepared from milk, is taken fresh from the cow or sheep grazing on Texel and processed directly into cheese. Cheese farmer Anton Witte has made genuine Texel cheeses since 1981. Since 2007, Wezenspijk has also produced goat’s cheese.

Wezenspyk lies between Den Burg and Den Hoorn on the Hoornderweg. The farm has its own road of about 400 meters into the countryside.
