The luxurious 4-guest villa is surrounded by the beautiful Alloo nature reserve. At the edge of the forest you can enjoy peace, space and privacy. The free-standing villas are tastefully and comfortably furnished.

 

Villa 308 with extra large living room

Through the hall you will enter this luxury villa and then continue into the extra large living room through the hallway. The tastefully furnished living room has a lovely wood burning stove, flat screen TV with digital cable, radio, DVD/CD player and tile floors.

 

Adjacent to the living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with combi oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, Senseo, Nespresso, toaster, citrus press and kettle.

There are also all the necessary supplies for the household. In the utility room, there is a safe for your valuables and also a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

 

On the top floor you will be in complete relaxation, which includes a solarium to update your tan. The two spacious bedrooms both feature 2 single box spring beds, laminate floors and a private TV. Bed linen for the beds is available, but the rent of this linen is required. There is also a camping bed, but please bring your own linen for this bed.

 

The bathroom includes all the luxuries and, after a busy day in the Texel landscape, you can unwind in the Finnish sauna or whirlpool. The bathroom is also equipped with double sinks and a 2nd separate toilet.

Villa 326 with wellness area

This tastefully decorated luxury villa leaves nothing to be desired. Enter the villa via the hall, which includes a small bathroom. Then you arrive in the luxurious living room with cosy fireplace (gas), flat screen TV with digital cable, radio, DVD/CD player and tile floors.

 

The kitchen of this villa is also complete. Prepare a delicious meal after having spent a full day on the beautiful island of Texel. The kitchen is equipped with a combi oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, Nespresso, Senseo, toaster, citrus press and kettle.

 

Villa 326 at Waddenstaete villapark is equipped with a wonderful wellness area. You can add a layer of colour under the solarium or exercise on the air walker and home trainer. While you work out, watch TV on the flat screen TV.

 

After working out or spending the day on Texel, you can relax in the Finnish sauna, whirlpool and shower on the top floor. You’ll also find two bedrooms which have 2 single boxspring beds, laminate flooring and flat screen TV. We ask you to rent the linen for the beds. For the child’s bed, please bring your own linen.

 

An added extra to villa 326 is the beach house at Post 20 in De Koog. The beach house is available from around mid-May to mid-September and is free to use.

Relax at villapark Waddenstaete Texel

The luxury villas at Waddenstaete are the place to relax. The luxury villas are fully equipped with central heating. For the little ones, there is a high chair, child’s bed and a gate for the stairwell.

 

Parking at the villa is also no problem. The villas have their own parking space and there is a central car park if you come with more than one car.

 

If you rent a bicycle or bring your own, you can store them at the villa in the garden house.

 

The villas also have their own fiber-optic internet connection (40/10 Mbps) and is free to use.
